Put evidence before adjectives
The profile names tools and a project instead of claiming to be an exceptional analyst. Match the target title to the vacancy without implying you already held that job.
Label the setting
The project is explicitly university work, not employment. Explain your personal contribution when the deliverable was produced by a team.
Show how you checked the work
Reconciling totals and documenting missing labels demonstrate care without an invented percentage improvement. Acknowledging that a project was not deployed prevents an inflated impact claim.
Limited experience or no measurable achievements?
- No internship? Keep Relevant projects above Additional experience. Use a completed course assignment, volunteer task or independent exercise and name its setting.
- No numerical outcomes? Describe the artifact you produced, who used it and how you verified it. Do not invent grades, users, revenue or time savings.
- For an IT graduate role, replace the analyst project with a real repository or tested application; describe your code, tests and known limitations. Do not list tools you only recognize by name.

- Confirm the degree name and graduation date, including expected graduation if applicable.
- Label every project as academic, independent or volunteer work.
- Identify your own contribution and make any shared portfolio link accessible.
- Keep only skills you can explain or demonstrate for this vacancy.
- Replace all bracketed fields and follow the employer's file-format instructions.
